Meet Johanna
Hi, I'm Johanna—a birth doula, childbirth educator, and lifelong student of maternal and infant health. I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based support that honors their unique values, experiences, and goals.
Whether you're preparing for birth, learning to feed your baby, or simply looking for trustworthy information, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported.
Services
There is no one right way to grow or birth a family. I provide individualized, trauma-informed support through pregnancy, birth, and the many paths those journeys can take—with compassionate care, practical education, and space for you to make the choices that are right for you.
Pregnancy & Birth Support
Infant Feeding & Lactation
Feeding your baby shouldn't come with shame, pressure, or one-size-fits-all advice. Whether you're nursing, pumping, combination feeding, formula feeding, or figuring it out as you go, I offer evidence-based education that honors your goals, your body, and your family.
Knowledge can make the transition into parenthood feel a whole lot less overwhelming. Explore practical, approachable classes covering childbirth, infant feeding, newborn care, babywearing, cloth diapering, and more —designed to turn information into confidence.
